Plot 1 is a scatter plot which plots a relationship between the years of all buildings Constructed vs Acquired. This scatter plot is an interactive click-and-drag plot. The area selected reflects in the bar graph adjacent to it which conveys the total number of properties acquired by the Congressionals in that selected range.
Plot 2 shows the Total Square Footage acquired by the different Congressionals.
